The working principle of oil fracturing sand production line is to produce oil fracturing sand that meets the requirements after the raw materials are broken, sand making, screening, cleaning and other processes.
Specifically, the raw material is first entered into the production line through the feeder, broken into smaller particles by the crusher, and then further processed into sand that meets the requirements by the sand making machine. The sand is then sifted through a vibrating screen to separate the sand of different sizes. Next, the sand goes into the sand washing machine for cleaning to remove impurities. The sand after cleaning is separated and recovered by the sand washing and recycling machine, which separates the sand and water and recovers the sand. The recovered sand goes to the concentrator (trihydrogen purification body) for concentration and dehydration, further reducing the moisture content. Finally, the concentrated sand is pressed into mud cake by the box filter press, and the solid waste is dry discharged and the water resources are recycled and reused.
In the entire production process, the various devices are connected through auxiliary equipment such as belt conveyors to achieve automated production. At the same time, the production line is also equipped with advanced electrical control systems and safety protection devices to ensure the stability and safety of the production process.
