This treatment destroys the gas-liquid inclusions in quartz sand and effectively avoids bubbles in high-purity quartz products. In addition, high-temperature calcination can effectively destroy the structure of Muscovite and silicate quartz minerals, prompting quartz fragmentation and exposing internal impurities. This process is conducive to subsequent pickling, washing and other treatment processes, and further improves the purity and processing efficiency of quartz minerals.


Working principle

The double-tube calcining furnace uses the motor to drive the reducer, and drives the furnace tube made of stainless steel seamless tube or high purity quartz tube through the chain and sprocket. This furnace tube heats quartz stone or quartz sand to high temperatures, causing it to expand rapidly. Subsequently, through water quenching or spray rapid cooling, the mineral cracks due to stress concentration, promote quartz fragmentation, and eliminate the gas-liquid inclusions in the quartz sand. This series of processes helps to improve the quality and purity of high purity quartz sand, ensuring that it meets the requirements of higher applications.
