Working principle

The whole classifier is composed of air classifier host, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high pressure induced draft fan, electric control cabinet, etc.

The air classifier is a forced classifier with secondary air intake and vertical impeller rotor.

When working, the material enters from the lower barrel body under the action of the induced draft fan, and rises to the classification area. In the classification area, the material is both the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the classification impeller, and the centripetal force generated by the induced draft fan. When the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, the coarse particles above the classification size are thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder, and the stall is sliding along the wall. The external secondary wind enters through the air inlet uniformly distributed on the cone, producing the wind screen effect on the coarse particles. Separate the fine powder mixed with or adhering to the coarse material. The coarse material after separation is collected and discharged by the discharging device, and the fine powder below the grading particle size is collected with the air flow into the cyclone collector and the pulse dust collector, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
