Working principle
The dust-bearing gas enters the dust gas channel from the entrance, and then breaks down into the ash hopper. When the air flow hits the deflector and turns to the air bag room, the coarse particles will fall to the bottom of the ash bucket by inertia, and the fine dust rises with the air flow. When the air flow passes through the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the surface of the filter bag. The clean air is collected into the clean air box through the filter bag mouth, and then discharged into the clean air exhaust duct by the outlet butterfly valve of each room. This type of bag dust collector is used for off-line dust cleaning in separate chambers. Each chamber filter bag is divided into an array with several pieces in each group. With the continuous filtration process, the dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, so that the resistance of the dust collector increases. When the resistance rises to a certain range (or when the timing cleaning is set), the cleaning control system sends a signal. Firstly, the switching valve is closed and the pulse valve is opened. The compressed air is sprayed to each filter bag through the nozzle, so that the filter bag can produce deformation and vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning or set timing dust cleaning. After the end of cleaning, the switching butterfly valve is opened again, and the dust collector enters the filtering state again, which does not interfere with each other, realizing long-term continuous operation and improving the cleaning effect.
