Working principle

Suction area: When working, the filter plate immersed in the slurry is combined with vacuum pressure under the action of capillary, and the surface is absorbed into a layer of filter cake. The filtrate enters the distribution valve through the filter plate to the drain tank.

Dry zone: The cake continues to dehydrate under high vacuum force.

Discharge area: When there is no vacuum, scraper will automatically discharge material.

Backwash: industrial water or filtrate through the distribution valve into the ceramic plate from inside out for cleaning. Clean blocked micropores. After the ceramic plate is used for one cycle, the ultrasonic wave is used to clean the ceramic plate with low concentration acid to keep the efficient use of the ceramic plate.
