Product introduction
Pickling reactor is a multi-functional pickling device that integrates rotation, mixing, heating and insulation functions. By rotating, the material in the kettle can be fully mixed with the acid solution to ensure the comprehensive treatment of the material. Working principle
Driven by the motor, the reactor is rotated. One side of the tank is provided with a feeding port and an acid injection pipe for adding materials and acid into the tank. Subsequently, the pipe joints are sealed to ensure tightness. Then, the heat transfer oil is transferred from the heating vessel to the gap between the jacket of the reactor and the reactor through the transfer pump. The heat transfer oil enters the jacket through the swivel joint to provide the required heat to the reactor. The reactor operates automatically at a preset speed, temperature and time. After the pickling process, the acid is filtered and discharged through the drain pipe. Then, open the liquid inlet valve, inject an appropriate amount of water into the reactor, and wash it for many times. Finally, the material in the reactor is discharged and dried.
