Electromagnetic dry powder magnetic separator is a device that uses electromagnetic force to separate materials with different magnetic properties, mainly used for processing dry powdered materials. Its working principle is as follows:

1. Material feeding:

Dry powder materials are uniformly fed into the feeding port of the magnetic separator through a vibrating feeder or belt conveyor, and enter the sorting area.

2. Magnetic field effect:

In the sorting area, the electromagnetic dry powder magnetic separator generates a strong electromagnetic field. Electromagnetic coils generate a magnetic field through current, and the strength of the magnetic field can be adjusted as needed.

3. Sorting process:

When the material enters the sorting area, a mixture containing magnetic and non-magnetic minerals begins to separate under the action of the electromagnetic field. Magnetic minerals are attracted by magnetic force, move along the direction of the magnetic field, and attach to the magnetic medium of the magnetic separator, such as magnetic rollers or plates.

4. Discharge of non-magnetic materials:

Non magnetic materials, due to their lack of magnetic force or low magnetic force, rely on gravity or other mechanical forces to continue moving along their original path and ultimately be discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet of the machine.

5. Collection of magnetic materials:

The magnetic material adsorbed on the magnetic medium rotates or moves with the magnetic medium. After leaving the magnetic field area, due to the loss of magnetic force, the magnetic material falls off and is discharged from the magnetic material outlet, completing the separation process.

6. Cyclic operation:

The magnetic medium of the electromagnetic dry powder magnetic separator works continuously in the separation zone, completing the sorting of a batch of materials, and then processing the next batch of materials to achieve continuous operation.
