with diameters of 100-150mm, 40% for 80-100mm, and 30% for 50-80mm), and replace
the lining plate in a timely manner when the wear exceeds 30% of the original
thickness. The feed rate can be stabilized at 85% -95% of the rated value
through a variable frequency feeding system; Abnormal vibration of the cylinder
is often caused by loose anchor bolts or uneven loading of steel balls. It is
necessary to tighten the bolts regularly (pre tightening torque should be
executed according to the equipment manual standards), and check the loading
capacity and uniformity of the steel balls every 1000 hours of operation; If the

the lubricating grease has deteriorated or the filling amount is insufficient.
It is recommended to use high-temperature anti-wear lubricating grease,
replenish it every 500 hours, and completely replace it every 2000 hours.
