The poor iron removal effect of quartz sand magnetic separator can lead to excessive iron content in the finished product, affecting the quality of quartz sand. Here are some optimization techniques to share.

Firstly, adjust the magnetic field strength of the magnetic separator. Based on the particle size and content of iron impurities in quartz sand, increase the magnetic field strength appropriately to enhance the adsorption capacity for ferromagnetic impurities.

Secondly, optimize the feeding speed and thickness to ensure that the material is evenly spread on the magnetic separation belt, allowing iron impurities to fully contact the magnetic field and improve iron removal efficiency.

Then regularly clean the surface of the magnetic roller, promptly remove iron impurities and dust adsorbed on the magnetic roller, and avoid the accumulation of impurities that weaken the magnetic field effect.

Finally, check if there is any deviation or demagnetization in the magnetic system, adjust the position of the magnetic system in a timely manner, and perform magnetization repair on the demagnetized area to ensure stable magnetic field.
