Quartz sand and quartz sandstone impurity analysis process refers to the use of crushing, grinding, classification operation process, the natural quartz sandstone ore grinding and impurities and minerals to reach the monomer dissociation state, and then through the classification operation to obtain the raw material quartz sand in line with the size requirements, for the subsequent quartz sand impurity removal operation preparation.
Specific technological process:
Natural quartz sandstone ore is broken into small pieces by jaw crusher, and then wet ground by grinding equipment to grind the small quartz ore into finer grained quartz sand. The wet grinding process can not only eliminate the dust produced in the grinding process, but also make the quartz particles friction with each other, and promote the quartz surface attached impurities (such as iron oxides and hydroxide, etc.) dissociate from the quartz particles. Subsequently, the grinding minerals enter the classification operation. The quartz sand that meets the particle size requirements can be used as the raw quartz sand to remove impurities in the next step, and the coarse grains are returned to the grinding equipment for re-grinding.
