The production process of photovoltaic sand production line generally includes the following steps:

Preparation of raw materials: high purity silica (SiO2) is used as the main raw material, and a small amount of other elements, such as aluminum, lithium, etc., need to be added. These raw materials need to be screened, ground and mixed in advance.

Smelting process: The raw material is mixed and put into the furnace for smelting, so that it reaches the melting state under high temperature and pressure. This process requires strict control of temperature, pressure, atmosphere and other parameters to ensure that the sand produced is of stable quality.

Casting molding: Pour the molten photovoltaic sand into the molding mold, and take it out after cooling and solidification to form a block sand body of specified size. This process requires attention to the design and manufacture of the mold, as well as the way the sand body is cooled to obtain a good finished quality.

Grinding and screening: The bulk sand body is ground and screened to achieve the required granularity and shape. This process requires the selection of the appropriate grinding process and screening equipment according to the specific application requirements.

Packaging and storage: The refined photovoltaic sand is packaged and labeled in accordance with certain packaging requirements, and stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse for subsequent production and use.
