What is the working principle of the vibrating screen in the quartz sheet sand production line?

A vibrating screen, also known as a vibrating screen machine, is a device commonly used for the screening and classification of granular materials. In the quartz sheet sand production line, the vibrating screen is usually used to screen the washed quartz sand to separate particles of different sizes. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:


1 Vibration mechanical system: the core part of the vibrating screen is the vibration mechanical system, which is composed of the motor, vibrator, base and so on. The motor transmits the vibration force to the screen surface through the vibrator.


2. Screen surface structure: The screen surface is the working area of the vibrating screen, usually composed of multiple layers of mesh. The size of each layer of mesh is designed according to the product specification and the size of the particles that need to be screened.


3. Material input: The quartz sand to be screened is put into the vibrating screen by the feed port. The vibrating screen works by moving particles on the screen surface through vibration and gravity, thereby separating particles of different sizes.


4. The effect of vibration force: the vibration force generated by the motor is transmitted to the screen surface through the vibrator, so that the particles on the screen surface produce jumping and rolling motion under the action of vibration. This movement helps the particles pass through or slide through the sieve.


5. Screening process: With the vibration of the screen surface, the particles are gradually separated in the screen. Smaller particles pass through the screen and fall into the discharge port below, while larger particles stay on the screen surface and are blocked on the screen.


6. Multi-layer screening: The vibrating screen usually has a multi-layer screen surface, and the mesh size of each screen surface may be different, so particles of different sizes can be screened at the same time to achieve multi-level classification.


7. Discharge port: particles of different sizes are screened and discharged from the corresponding discharge port to form finished products of different specifications.


Through the above steps, the vibrating screen realizes the classification and separation of raw material particles to ensure that the final product of the quartz sheet sand production line can meet the specified particle distribution requirements. This process has the characteristics of high efficiency, precision and continuous operation, and is an important separation and classification equipment in quartz sheet sand production line.
