according to the standard angle to ensure that the material settlement range is
reasonable.
Secondly, smoothly control the inlet water pressure and flow rate. Excessive
water flow can easily cause fine sand to float and lose, so precise adjustments
can be made as needed.
Then regularly check the wear of the spiral blades, repair and replace them
in a timely manner if they are severely worn, and ensure even and stable feeding
and transportation.
Finally, standardize the control of feed particle size and feed speed, and
coordinate with uniform feeding operation. By completing the above basic
debugging and daily inspections, the problem of sand running can be effectively
