The low efficiency of quartz sand vibration screening can lead to substandard particle size in finished products and increase rework costs. Here are a few ways to improve this.

Firstly, adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude, set appropriate vibration parameters according to the size of quartz sand particles, so that the material can be fully dispersed on the screen surface, and accelerate the speed of fine particle sieving.

Secondly, optimize the feeding method by using a uniform distribution device to ensure that the material is evenly distributed on the screen surface, avoiding local material accumulation and clogging of the screen holes.

Then clean the sieve regularly, using high-pressure air or a brush to promptly remove the quartz sand particles that are blocked in the sieve holes, ensuring that the sieve is transparent.

Finally, check the tension of the sieve and tighten the loose sieve in a timely manner to avoid local shaking of the sieve during vibration, which may affect the screening accuracy.
