The intermittent and fast feeding of the vibrating feeder can disrupt the
rhythm of the entire quartz sand production line. Try these solutions.
Firstly, check the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor. If
the angle is too small, it will cause insufficient excitation force and slow
down the feeding speed. If the angle is too large, it will cause the equipment
amplitude to be too large and the feeding to be too fast. Adjust it to the
appropriate angle according to the feeding requirements.
Next, check the spring components of the equipment. If the spring is worn or
broken, it will cause uneven amplitude. Replace the aged and damaged spring in a
timely manner to ensure smooth vibration of the equipment.
Then clean the clumped materials in the silo and feeding trough to avoid
blocking the discharge port and ensure smooth passage of quartz sand.
Finally, check the fixing bolts of the equipment base to prevent loosening
and shaking of the equipment, which may affect the stability of the cutting
process. Regularly tighten the bolts to ensure stable operation of the
equipment.
Proper daily inspections and parameter calibration can ensure even and stable
feeding of the vibrating feeder, thereby guaranteeing the efficiency of the
production line.
