How to adjust the unqualified discharge particle size of quartz sand making machine

The unqualified particle size of the sand making machine can make the quartz sand products unable to meet the usage standards, affecting the sales of the products. These adjustment methods can help you solve this problem.

Firstly, adjust the impeller speed. If the speed is too fast, the sand and gravel will be crushed too finely, while if the speed is too slow, the discharge particle size will be too large. Adjust the speed according to the requirements of the finished product particle size.

Secondly, adjust the gap between the feeding ports. If the gap is too large, large pieces of sand and gravel can easily enter the crushing chamber, resulting in uneven discharge particle size. If the gap is too small, it will reduce the feeding efficiency. Adjust the gap to a reasonable range that is suitable for the feeding size.

Then check the wear of vulnerable parts. Excessive wear of vulnerable parts such as hammers and impact plates can reduce the crushing force and coarsen the discharge particle size. Replace severely worn vulnerable parts in a timely manner to ensure the crushing effect.

Finally, adjust the discharge grate clearance, which determines the maximum particle size of finished sand and gravel. Replace the grate with the corresponding clearance according to the production demand, and accurately control the discharge particle size.

Proper parameter adjustment and maintenance of vulnerable parts can ensure that the output particle size of the sand making machine meets production standards and guarantee the quality of quartz sand products.
