The impact crusher is a commonly used equipment for coarse and medium
crushing of quartz sand, responsible for crushing the raw stone into uniform
sand material. After long-term operation of the equipment, it is easy to
encounter problems such as uneven discharge sizes and uneven crushed materials,
which seriously affect the quality of subsequent screening and sand
production.
Firstly, check the gap between the counterattack plates. The gap is too
large, and large stones cannot be fully crushed, which can cause too much coarse
material; A small gap can easily lead to material accumulation and reduced
production. Adjust the spacing between the impact plates according to production
requirements to ensure uniform and stable crushing particle size.
Next, check the wear of the plate hammer. The plate hammer is the core
crushing component, and uneven wear can lead to unbalanced force and reduced
crushing effect. Replace in a timely manner when there is severe unilateral wear
to avoid excessive deviation in discharge particle size.
Then check the body locking bolts. High frequency vibration of the equipment
can easily cause the rebound plate and lining plate to loosen, and the clearance
between the chambers to become chaotic during operation, directly causing the
discharge to be uneven. Regularly tighten the entire set of fixing bolts on a
daily basis.
Finally, control the feeding speed and prohibit mixing of large and small
materials, as well as direct impact of strong materials. Uniform and uniform
feeding can ensure stable crushing load and more uniform crushing effect of the
equipment.
Regularly adjust the gap and inspect the accessories, standardize the
specifications of the broken material, and ensure more stable production of the
entire quartz sand production line.
