Working principle
The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the sheet of the inner layer of the inner layer to achieve heat exchange in a spiral way. The material is moved to the other end of the inner layer to enter the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle layer, taking two steps forward and one step back. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner layer of the roller, but also absorbs the heat of the middle layer of the roller, and at the same time extends the drying time, the material reaches the best drying state here.
Equipment structure characteristics
The three-cylinder dryer changes the single-cylinder body of the single-cylinder dryer into three cylinders stacked together to shorten the outline size of the drying body. When working, the material and hot gas flow into the inner to outer cylinder in turn, and after the Z-shaped reciprocating flow of the body, the heat energy is fully used to dry the material before unloading.
The cylinder part of the dryer is composed of three inner, middle and outer tubes placed horizontally, which makes full use of the cross section of the cylinder. The total length of the cylinder shape is about 30-35% of the equivalent monocular length. Thus greatly reduce the floor area and plant building area.
The supporting device of the machine is the wheel belt and the supporting wheel on the outer cylinder, and the supporting wheel is directly driven by the motor. The cylinder is rotated by friction between the support wheel and the belt. The overall structure of the machine is compact, reasonable and simple, in order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of wear parts, the axial split type is designed in the middle, and the bolt is fixed and connected.
