Product introduction
The pickling scheme is mainly used for the treatment of oxide skin on the surface of quartz ore, and the removal of iron purification of 26-150 mesh quartz sand, feldspar and other particles. The main process is: the raw ore is transported by the belt conveyor to the upper feed port of the pickling reactor. The reactor is made of special materials that are resistant to acid and heat, and is filled with heated acid. After the ore reacts with the acid solution in the reactor for a period of time, the acid solution is discharged to the acid circulation tank, and then soaked in the reactor with clean water. The deacidified ore is discharged from the discharge port of the lower part of the reactor and is directly poured to the finished product warehouse for stacking.
Generally, there are three elements to determine the pickling effect:
1. Formula of acid solution;
2, ore and acid reaction temperature;
3. Deacidification is sufficient.
