After using the vibrating dewatering screen for a long time, many customers
have found that the material movement on the screen surface has significantly
slowed down, and the dewatering effect is getting worse day by day. The problem
mostly lies in the eccentric block or supporting spring of the exciter.

The eccentric block is worn or the counterweight is incorrect, causing the
amplitude to drop directly. The eccentric block on the exciter operates at high
speed for a long time, and the excitation force decreases due to edge wear,
resulting in a natural decrease in amplitude. It is recommended to check the
wear of the eccentric block once every quarter, and replace it in a timely
manner if it is severely worn. When replacing, pay attention to keeping the
balance weights on both sides consistent, otherwise the equipment will produce
torsional vibration and accelerate bearing damage. During daily inspections, you
can touch the side panel of the screen box with your hand. When the vibration is
significantly reduced, it is mostly due to the problem of the eccentric
block.
The rubber spring is aging, and the amplitude is also unstable. The
supporting spring is in a high-frequency compression state for a long time, and
the elasticity of the rubber decreases after fatigue. The amplitude of the
equipment becomes smaller and the dehydration effect deteriorates. The judgment
method is simple: after stopping the machine, press the four corners of the
screen box. If one corner rebounds significantly and becomes soft, it indicates
that the spring at that location has aged and failed, and needs to be replaced
as a whole. It is recommended to replace all four corners simultaneously every
six months to ensure consistent stiffness.
The amplitude is normal, and the dehydration effect will naturally not be
poor. For equipment operation related issues, please feel free to contact the
